Refund policy

We do not offer free cancellation or refunds unless the item/s are faulty and we have accepted them as faulty goods in writing.

Important: To start a refund process, you must contact MCN Trailers to confirm you want to start the refund process. You must also send the faulty item back to us.

We will contact you to confirm if we accept your refund claim once we have received the good back in their original box and packaging, no later than 14 days after they have been delivered to you.

Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed after we have inspected the goods you have returned.

We cannot provide a refund on any products after the products have left our premises, unless the product/s have been confirmed as faulty by MCN Trailers, in writing.

We reserve the right to try to replace or fix a product or part before issuing a refund on a confirmed fault item.

This can include a new product being delivered to the customer or a member of our staff visiting the customer’s premises to try and fix the product if deemed necessary.

All items must be returned in the same condition the customer received them in, including all packaging and strapping.
